01 Acceptance of Terms

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a gkbet employee.

• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on gkbet or any affiliated platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one gkbet account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is a violation of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and the mobile wallet details you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your gkbet account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. GKBet will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact gkbet support immediately.

• One account per player — no exceptions.
• All registration details must be accurate and verifiable.

04 Deposits

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted and may result in account suspension. GKBet is not responsible for delays caused by your mobile wallet provider.

Deposits are credited to your gkbet account in real time under normal conditions. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact gkbet support with your transaction reference number and the support team will investigate promptly.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals on gkbet are processed in BDT to the bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account registered to your gkbet profile. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Standard withdrawals are processed within 10 minutes during normal operating conditions.

Before your first withdrawal, gkbet may require you to complete identity verification (KYC). This typically involves submitting a copy of a valid government-issued ID and a selfie. Verification is a one-time process and is required to protect both the player and the platform from fraud.

• Withdrawals are only processed to accounts registered in your own name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.
• Standard processing time is under 10 minutes.
• Bonus funds must meet wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• GKBet reserves the right to request additional verification for large withdrawals.
• Withdrawals may be delayed during periods of high platform activity.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

Results are final once a game round is completed. In the event of a technical fault during a game round, gkbet reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the player's account.

• Bets placed cannot be cancelled once a game round has commenced.
• GKBet reserves the right to void bets placed in error or as a result of a technical fault.
